All aboard the AI train! But... where are we going?

There is little doubt that AI tools can deliver increased productivity.

But do we need what's produced?

Now that everyone's shouting from the rooftops about how essential it is to get onboard the AI train OR BE LEFT BEHIND, it's important to be aware of where this train is taking us. Where do we want it to take us? Are there lessons to be learned from previous rounds of technological innovation and automation? Lessons about what might await us on our journey? How can we prepare? Where do we get off?
