  • All talks both days
  • Lunch both days
  • Dinner before the Day 1 party
  • Snacks and drinks
  • Day 1 evening party
What about refunds and invoices?

Ticket refunds follow the Checkin checkout terms. If you need an invoice, or have an exceptional situation, email hello@hellostavanger.no.

The days

When do doors open?

Check-in is 08:00–09:00 both days. Talks start after that — see the program.

How do I check in?

Bring your Checkin ticket on your phone. We scan the QR at the door. You do not need a printed ticket.

What should I bring?

Your ticket on your phone is enough. Leave laptops and bags at home if you can — we have somewhere to store jackets and bags if you have to bring your bag.

Where can I store a jacket or bag?

Next to Ølhallen 1 and 2. Leave bags at home if you can.

What is the Day 1 party?

The party starts after dinner. Free drinks, music, and a concert to be announced. It is included in your ticket.

When does each day end?

Day 1 ends after the party at 23:00. Day 2 ends after the last session at 16:10. See the program.

Food and venue

Is food included? What about dietary needs?

Yes. Lunch both days, dinner before the party, plus snacks and drinks throughout. Most dietary needs and allergies are already covered, and we accommodate as best we can. See the food page.

How do I get to the venue?

The conference is at Tou Scene, Lervigsveien 22, 4014 Stavanger. Bus 12 to Lervigtunet is the easiest option from the city. Details, parking, and a map are on the venue page.

Is Tou Scene accessible?

Tou aims for universal design in most audience areas, with accessible parking, toilets, ramps, and lifts in the main building. Some older brewery transitions use a platform lift. Email hello@hellostavanger.no before the event if you need specific assistance, and see the venue page.

Talks

What language are the talks in?

Talks are in English or Norwegian. We mark talks in Norwegian on the talks and program pages.

Will talks be recorded?

We record all talks and publish them on YouTube within 1–2 months after the conference, as long as the speaker wants to.

Will there be photos of attendees?

We have photographers during the conference and post photos after the event. Email hello@hellostavanger.no if you want a photo of you removed.

How can I build a personal schedule?

Click the heart on a talk in the talks list or program, then open your favorites from the heart icon in the top right. Favorites are stored in your browser.
