I am a trained psychologist, which every day helps team become better teams. I coach and facilitate teams and also run programs for team leaders. I've worked with several tech organizations which has given me insight into what software teams need in order to perform well. I also work with leadership teams and understand the business-side of tech organizations. I run a startup tech company where we're building a software to help teams perform at the top of their game.
This means I also have knowledge into product leadership. In December 2023 I published a book (together with Erling Håmsø) about design thinking and psychology, called "Argh. Design og psykologi" (in Norwegian) - where we dive into the fields of user experience and emotions. I often do talks for organizations, mainly focusing on team performance and leadership. I lecture at BI Business school in courses related to teams, groups and leadership.
In 2018 my talk was awarded the best talk at Yggdrasilkonferansen, when I talked about design thinking and emotions in customer journeys.
